Everything needed so that only you can send email as your domain, and so your own mail arrives where it should.

Timeline, and access

Setup is complete within three business days. Full enforcement follows within thirty days, because DMARC has to be raised in stages to avoid blocking mail you actually want.

You do not have to give me access to your DNS. If you prefer, I write the exact records and you or your host publish them. I verify from outside either way.

Required, not optional

Google, Yahoo and Microsoft now require SPF, DKIM and a published DMARC record for domains sending more than 5,000 messages a day.

Hours and overlap

Lagos, West Africa Time (UTC+1). Working hours 9am to 7pm WAT, Monday to Saturday.

Overlap with the United States: 9am to 1pm Eastern falls inside my afternoon, so anything sent before your lunchtime is normally answered the same day.
Overlap with Europe: effectively the whole working day.

Requests and support

By WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer. No ticket system to learn. Standard plan is a 48 hour turnaround, Priority is 24 hours, and urgent breakage jumps the queue on both.

Files and access

Shared folder for assets, so nothing depends on searching an inbox. Credentials go through a password manager invite, never in a chat message, and access can be revoked whenever you want.

Billing

Card payment through Paystack. One off work is paid up front. Care plans bill monthly on the same date, with a twelve month minimum. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any local taxes you owe.

Is this a scam?
A fair question to ask of anyone who contacts you about your domain. Everything the checker reports is public DNS information you can verify yourself with any other DMARC lookup tool, and I would encourage you to do exactly that before paying me anything. I am a registered business, the prices are published on this page rather than quoted privately, and you can call the number in the footer and speak to me.
Do you need my passwords?
No. The email fix can be delivered as a written set of records that you or your host publish. If you would rather I did it, access goes through a password manager invite that you can revoke, and I never ask for credentials in a chat message or an email.
What if I already have someone doing this?
Then run the check and send them the result. If everything passes, you have confirmation and you owe me nothing. If it does not, you now have a specific list of what needs fixing and they can do it. I would rather you have the information than the invoice.
What if it breaks my email?
This is the real risk and it is why enforcement takes thirty days rather than an afternoon. DMARC is raised in stages while reports are monitored, so any legitimate sender that was not accounted for shows up before anything starts being rejected. Nothing is switched to enforcement until the reports are clean.
How do I pay?
Card, through Paystack, from the buttons on this page. Visa, Mastercard and Verve are accepted. American Express cannot be used for the monthly care plans, so please use another card for those.
Can I pay in naira?
Yes. Prices are shown in US dollars, and a naira option appears at checkout for Nigerian and African buyers at the rate set on the day. You will see the exact naira figure before you confirm.
What if I want to cancel?
Care plans carry a twelve month minimum, which is stated plainly here and in the terms because the work is front loaded. After that they run month to month and you can stop with thirty days notice. Your site, domain and records remain yours throughout and I will hand over everything needed to move on.
