One person does the work, and that person answers when you write.
I am Osato Umweni. I trade as Akoko-Eki Limited from Lagos, Nigeria. Twelve years in brand and design, starting in-house and through agency work, now running an independent practice covering web, hosting, business email and brand.
The work I take on is narrow on purpose. Most small companies do not need an agency. They need someone who will make the website and the email work properly and then keep them working, which is the part almost nobody does.
I also produce daily tech and AI video reviews on YouTube. That is not a service I sell here. It is how the technical side of this practice stays current.
Hours and overlap
Base: Lagos, West Africa Time, UTC+1.
Working hours: 9am to 7pm WAT, Monday to Saturday.
United States overlap: 9am to 1pm US Eastern sits inside my afternoon. Anything sent before your lunchtime is normally answered the same day.
Europe overlap: effectively the entire working day.
How I work
- Requests by WhatsApp or email. No ticket system to learn.
- Credentials through a password manager invite, never in a chat message. Revoke any time.
- Shared folder for files, so nothing depends on searching an inbox.
- Prices published rather than quoted privately.
